HP Enrollment Support Event, Feb. 17

Need help navigating the HP enrollment process?
HP and CPSD staff will be available to help you fill out the online application and transfer waiver forms which are required for enrollment at HP.
Support will be provided in Spanish and English. Please be patient as there may be a line when you arrive.
Requirements:
1. Username and password for a PARENT/GUARDIAN Skyward Family Access account
- Current CPSD families can work with their current school to get help with the Skyward Family Access account.
- Families new to CPSD can create a Skyward account on the CPSD Student Enrollment page.
2. Working email address
Optional: You can bring in the required documents and we can scan them for you. This will help with future steps in the enrollment process. These documents are:
- Proof of Residency (e.g. utility bill or renter's statement, etc. in the name of the legal guardian)
- Birth Certificate (required by preschool and kindergarten)
- Certificate of Immunization (health department approved options)
- Parent/guardian photo identification
- Student report card (if transferring from a district other than CPSD)
- High school transcript (if transferring from a district other than CPSD, unofficial transcripts are accepted)
